ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide first in class ticketing support to premium clients during pre-Games, seat assignment, delivery and on-site phases

  • Allocate hospitality inventory to support sales proposals, observing the latest applicable sales rules

  • Collaborate with the wider Ticketing, Business Development, Product, Commercial Strategy and Sales teams to maximise sales and achieve revenue targets

  • Assist in the specification of internal ticket systems for the efficient and accurate allocation and tracking of tickets

  • Ensure that pricing and schedule information is kept up to date and that relevant teams are informed of changes that could impact operations and itineraries

  • Produce reports and maintain integrity of databases and manifests, as required

  • Facilitate the delivery of digital tickets to clients through the designated official systems and tools

  • Train and support additional junior staff, as required

  • Provide training to client personnel on ticketing systems where necessary

  • Be proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided and processes might be improved

  • Demonstrate alignment with TKO values in the performance of all responsibilities

  • Other ticketing duties, as necessary to support On Location’s successful delivery of the Olympic & Paralympic Games projects

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic & Paralympic Games and other global sporting events with official hospitality providers

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases

  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular advanced capability in Excel

  • Proficiency in project management applications

  • Strong customer service ethic

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Other languages

  • Proficiency in Airtable and Omni

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary, commensurate with job position and experience.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$82,500 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$110,000 annually
