  • Lead a hybrid model of training, effectively integrating personal delivery with SME involvement.
  • Develop training materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth.
  • Gather feedback, assess training effectiveness, and continuously improve content.

This position reports to:
Technical Training Manager

The work model for the role is: Remote, USA

Your role and responsibilities:

In the role of Sr. Technical Trainer, you will be the driving force behind empowering customers and partners with the knowledge they need to succeed. You'll lead hands-on, high-impact training sessions on a wide range of low and medium voltage electrical distribution products.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop accurate and relevant training content,
  • Lead a hybrid model of training between themselves and subject matter experts to ensure effective delivery of technical training programs.
  • Develop materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs; Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth; Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $160,800 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
