Senior Technical RecruiterPosition OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our organization's growth. You will play a key role in developing job descriptions, implementing effective recruiting strategies, and fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who thrives on candidate interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in crafting a seamless candidate experience and interview process. Prior experience in technical recruiting for Software Engineering(Front-End, Back-End, Full-Stack, and DevOps) within high-growth tech companies highly desired.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Create comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Engage in market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering concepts and technical roles.
- Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing offer processes.
- Solid understanding of employer branding and its importance in recruitment.
- Effective communication and networking skills.
