Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our organization's growth. You will play a key role in developing job descriptions, implementing effective recruiting strategies, and fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who thrives on candidate interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in crafting a seamless candidate experience and interview process. Prior experience in technical recruiting for Software Engineering(Front-End, Back-End, Full-Stack, and DevOps) within high-growth tech companies highly desired.
