  • Build and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical credibility and execution excellence.

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing infrastructure or systems integration projects involving complex, multi-technology environments.
  • Strong technical literacy, including the ability to understand architecture concepts, assess trade-offs and delivery risks, and collaborate effectively with senior network engineers.
  • Experience managing and integrating WiFi, networking, voice, SATCOM, RF, and A/V systems across cross-functional technical teams.
  • Extensive experience with project management software for tracking tasks, dependencies, resource allocation, and schedules.
  • Project management tooling used as the primary execution mechanism.
  • Demonstrated ability to support up to five concurrent major efforts simultaneously, and the ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment.
