Job DescriptionDESCRIPTIONSr, Technical Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional delivery initiatives and functions as the connective tissue between Customer and execution - aligning stakeholders, managing interdependencies, and driving outcomes across matrix teams. The Sr. Technical Program Manager functions as a trusted advisor to internal teams and client partners.
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for multi-workstream client engagement, from scoping and planning through delivery and closeout.
- Define and maintain integrated program plans, dependency maps, milestone schedules and risk registers across parallel workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams spanning product, engineering, data, design and business stakeholders.
- Proactively surface risks and blockers, driving resolution through structured problem-solving and escalation pathways.
Technical Engagement
- Demonstrate technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams, review and influence solution architectures, and assess feasibility tradeoffs.
- Translate technical constraints and decisions into business-level implications for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation of Sinch platforms, API, and integrations as part of solution design as well as the evaluation of third-party technology as relevant.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trust-based relationships with Customer Success and Client counterparts, translating between technical complexity and business outcomes.
- Develop clear, audience-appropriate communications including status reports, executive dashboards and decision memos
- Align internal and client teams on priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery commitments through effective facilitation of steering committees and working-level syncs.
Process & Delivery
- Practice and enforce delivery governance framework including RACI models, change control processes and escalation protocols.
- Utilize and adapt delivery methodologies to fit client context and program complexity.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospective, lessons-learned sessions and playbook development.
- Partner with practice leads to scale repeatable delivery patterns across engagements.
REQUIREMENTS- 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology delivery programs involving 20+ stakeholders across multiple organizations.
- Strong command of program planning tools and executive reporting.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience with both Agile and waterfall delivery approaches; comfortable operating in hybrid models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style from technical teams to C-suite audiences

Salary:The annual starting salary for this position is between $124,000 - $165,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for bonus.
