Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver complex, high-impact technology solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in managing large-scale programs, driving alignment across multiple teams, and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Key job responsibilities

Own the planning and execution of large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, finance, legal, and other teams to define requirements, set priorities, and ensure successful delivery

Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams to meet program goals and timelines.

Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status updates, and executive communications.

Influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives by leveraging data, metrics, and strong program narratives.

Continuously improve program delivery through lessons learned, process optimization, and scalable practices.

Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.

- Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs end-to-end.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

- Background in infrastructure, telecommunications, consumer electronics, aerospace, or related industries.

- Experience working with executive stakeholders and driving business-critical initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
