Sr. Technical Product ManagerAre you looking for a place

As a
Sr. Technical Product Manager on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include:
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical products and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product objectives with company goals and user needs.
- Develop and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and beyond.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are well understood, and that products are developed on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
- Own the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Continuously monitor and assess product performance post-launch, driving iterative improvements and updates.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Min 5 years of proven work experience in related field
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, cloud technologies, APIs, or other technical domains.
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful technical products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in running cross-functional agile teams.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- SQL and knowledge on API tools like Postman is preferred
- PSPO, CSPO, CSM Preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
- Ability to translate user feedback and decisions into technical requirements
- Strong attention to detail while keeping the broader business and user goals in mind.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in defining and analyzing key product metrics, KPIs, and product performance.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
