Required

  • 12+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs.

  • Strong understanding of program governance, delivery methodologies, risk management, and operational excellence.

Strongly Preferred

  • Data center deployment experience.
  • AI infrastructure, GPU, or HPC delivery experience.
  • Cloud platform delivery experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or global client environments.
  • Infrastructure modernization experience across compute, storage, networking, and cloud.
  • Experience working with strategic OEM partners such as Dell, NVIDIA, Cisco, HPE, NetApp, Pure Storage, Red Hat, VMware, Microsoft, or AWS.
  • PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud certifications.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $190,000.00 to $220,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Sr. Technical Delivery Manager

The Senior Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure, data center, AI, and high-performance compute (HPC) programs for one of WWT's strategic clients. This role serves as the executive point of accountability for delivery execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, risk management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate combines technical delivery leadership, deep infrastructure expertise, and executive-level customer engagement skills. This individual thrives in dynamic environments, successfully leading cross-functional teams through complex implementations, technology transformations, and mission-critical deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for strategic client engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and technology leaders.
  • Lead executive governance meetings, program reviews, and escalation management activities.
  • Provide proactive communication regarding program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term account partnerships.

Infrastructure & Data Center Delivery Leadership

Provide end-to-end oversight for large-scale programs involving:

Data Center & Infrastructure

  • Data center buildouts, expansions, relocations, and modernization efforts
  • Compute, storage, networking, and infrastructure deployments
  • Hybrid cloud and private cloud initiatives
  • Infrastructure lifecycle management
  • Operational readiness and transition activities

AI & High Performance Computing (HPC)

  • AI infrastructure deployments
  • GPU-based compute environments
  • High-performance computing platforms
  • Emerging technology implementation programs
  • Capacity planning and scaling initiatives

Multi-Vendor Program Delivery

  • OEM partner coordination
  • Engineering leadership

Program & Delivery Oversight

  • Establish governance, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics.
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams across engineering, delivery, supply chain, and consulting organizations.
  • Manage complex risks, dependencies, escalations, and critical issues.
  • Ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Drive accountability for schedule, budget, scope, and customer outcomes.

Commercial & Growth Enablement

  • Partner with Client Directors, Account Managers, and Sales leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional delivery services.
  • Support solution development, program planning, and delivery strategy.
  • Participate in client workshops, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Contribute delivery expertise during opportunity shaping and pursuit activities.

Financial Management

  • Own revenue, margin, forecasting, and financial health of assigned programs.
  • Manage Statements of Work, change controls, project forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Balance customer expectations with delivery profitability and operational excellence.
  • Drive predictable execution and financial performance.

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor high-performing technical delivery teams.
