Your Role

The Care Management and Quality Platform team is central to advancing care coordination, member engagement, and quality improvement across Stellarus and its partners through Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The Senior Technical Delivery Manager will report to the Director, IT Product Management. In this role you ensure successful delivery of engineering outcomes across Care Management & Quality platform and feature set teams by coordinating technical scope, timelines, and team velocity. Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee solution and delivery execution for Care Management features from planning through release, ensuring alignment with clinical, regulatory, and enterprise objectives.
  • Lead resource management, including team capacity planning, performance evaluations, and strategic allocation of talent across priorities to optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end delivery status for the Care Management Feature Set, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely updates across stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors, clinical partners, and internal product and engineering leaders to efficiently coordinate and oversee delivery, particularly when implementing third-party solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering Leads to scope, prioritize, and sequence work for care management capabilities such as case management, utilization management, and member outreach.
  • Remove blockers and ensure delivery stays aligned with roadmaps, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS), and business outcomes.
  • Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics for care management features; recommend and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Champion agile and DevSecOps practices, driving automation, scalability, and operational excellence in delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and quality measures.


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in technical delivery or engineering program management and direct resource management experience, with at least 4 years of management experience.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery models, backlog management, and healthcare technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, especially in care management and quality improvement domains.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and tools.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
