Sr. Technical Analyst - Secret cleared Category: Business Consulting, Strategy and Digital Transformation

Position Description: We are seeking a motivated technical analyst to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and internal controls efforts to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to advise and assist DLA in sustaining compliance for fully auditable financial statement reporting. This involves a detailed understanding of DLA end to end business policies, operational processes, and ERM experience to provide accounting, risk assessment, and audit support. Additionally, this involves support in audit support activities such as assessing, documenting and resolving Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs).
This position can be located anywhere in the Continental United States
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Analyzing business processes, i.e., policies and procedures for personnel, acquisition, inventory, property, and material management;
. Provide support for the design and implementation of the ERM process as it relates to audit related activities;
. Reviewing NFRs and working with stakeholders on remediation techniques;
. Identifying financial statement deficiencies and risks, and perform root causes to develop detailed recommendations;
. Perform tests to business processes and system controls;
. Assisting with implementation of management solutions, to include developing training;
. Understanding of GAAP, GAGAS, OMB A 123, and FASAB.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Four year degree in accounting or business management related field from an accredited institution
Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship and a Secret security clearance are required
Experience of eight or more years in one of following but not limited to:

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
GAAP/GAGAS/ICOR experience
. Familiarity with DoD and DLA financial management policies and procedures
. Experience with Celonis
. Experience with large and complex organization
. Familiarity with Federal Government
. Experience with analyzing and assessing large volume of data Familiarity with deployment of solutions that support strategic initiatives Experience with Oracle based Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
. Familiarity with development of reference guidance
. Familiarity with OUSD AT&T policies and requirements
. Familiarity with SFFAS No. 3, 6, 23, 10, 35, and 42; Technical Release 13, 14, and 15
. Familiarity with market based appraisals
. Knowledge of valuation of long lived assets including alternative valuation methodologies
. Familiarity with accounting requirements for Environmental Liabilities
. Familiarity with SFFAS No. 5 and Technical R 2
. Familiarity with DoD's systems for tracking environmental liabilities Understanding of requirements for imputed cost
. Familiarity with SFFAS No. 4 and its interpretations Knowledge of DoD's heritage assets

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $176,300.00.
