Senior Talent Development & Leadership Consultant serves as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders helping translate enterprise talent strategies, frameworks, and development solutions into practical actions that strengthen organizational capability and business performance. This role helps leaders diagnose capability needs, strengthen leadership and team effectiveness, advance succession readiness, and implement development strategies that accelerate employee growth and organizational performance. The consultant applies talent and leadership development solutions within assigned lines of business, advises leaders on talent-related opportunities and risks, facilitates development-focused discussions, and activates talent strategies that improve leadership effectiveness, team performance, succession readiness, and employee growth. Working in close partnership with HRBPs and Talent & Organizational Development colleagues, this role ensures enterprise talent practices are meaningfully adopted, aligned to business priorities, and translated into measurable workforce outcomes.
How You'll Spend Your Time- You will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to turn enterprise talent strategies into practical actions that support business goals.
- You will help leaders identify talent, leadership, and team effectiveness needs and recommend strategies to strengthen capability and performance.
- You will use talent insights, assessment data, and workforce trends to help leaders make informed people and development decisions.
- You will facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, development planning conversations, assessment debriefs, and capability-building workshops.
- You will support succession and talent development strategies by helping leaders identify critical talent, assess readiness, and create focused development actions.
- You will help leaders apply talent frameworks, leadership expectations, skills models, and development practices in everyday management routines.

Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in talent development, leadership development, talent management, organizational development, Human Resources consulting, or related disciplines. Experience partnering with senior leaders, facilitating strategic discussions, and implementing capability-building solutions is preferred.
- Ability to consult effectively with leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose business needs and recommend talent solutions.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development, talent management, succession planning, talent planning, team effectiveness, and organizational capability-building practices.
