  • Provide guidance on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate positioning to support informed hiring decisions.

Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a professional, thoughtful, and high-quality candidate experience that aligns candidate motivations with the role, team, and broader business opportunity.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, provide timely and transparent updates, and help keep momentum through each stage of the recruiting process.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Ensure recruiting activity is well documented, organized, and aligned with internal process expectations.

Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide regular reporting on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have recruiting experience in at least three of the following areas: Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations, or Engineering.
  • Must have experience recruiting within life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, biologics, or a similar technical scientific environment.
  • Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships, selling specialized opportunities, and closing top talent in competitive recruiting environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Able to commute to the Tustin office five days per week.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
