Full Job Description
Sr. Supervisor - Technical Services - WILSON, NC

The Supervisor for Technical Services will plan, organize, coordinator and oversee the maintenance process and activities in the assigned production area in order to ensure the production plan is carried out in accordance with set objectives and measurements (cost, quality, safety and compliance. Identify and implement mid / long term maintenance and asset management strategies.

Your 'day to day':

  • Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
  • Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS
  • Support QA and Production department to identify and segregate all non-conforming intermediate and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials
  • Proactively leads, in cooperation with QA reps and relevant stakeholders, the quality program to prevent quality incidents, reduction and elimination on non-conformities in the process and product
  • Preform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems according to the IMS and to support in the personnel skill / technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy
  • Build effective relationships within production lines and other key stakeholders across the business in order to achieve outstanding business outcomes
  • Create an environment in which each member of the team is motivated to express own talent and potential
  • Contribute to the full year pillar plan and implementation aligned with OPEN+ phase journey


Who we're looking for:

  • Experience in leading, influencing and motivating others

Annual Base Salary: $88,000 - $110,000
