Job Overview
This role supports strategic planning and operational management to enhance organizational effectiveness and process quality. It involves developing multi-year strategies, managing organizational design, and driving key initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. The role requires creating strategic roadmaps, overseeing budget governance, and leading special projects that impact the business unit. Success is measured by the effective implementation of strategic plans, improved operational processes, and alignment with organizational goals. The work influences leadership decisions and contributes to the overall health and performance of the organization and its stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps and organizational design to support organization's initiatives and process improvements
  • Create presentation materials and briefing content to facilitate communication and decision-making for leadership
  • Partner with financial planning and analysis teams to manage budget oversight and labor governance within the organization
  • Lead cross-functional special projects that address organizational priorities and require dedicated coordination
  • Collaborate with leadership and human resources partners to perform operational duties supporting organizational effectiveness
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements across the organization
  • Call production for channel support calls as needed, coordinating resources, setting agendas, and ensuring timely follow-through on action items to support business continuity and stakeholder alignment

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $128,880 - $232,680

National Base Pay Range: $107,400 - $193,900

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
