What You'll Do- Steward the operating rhythm of the customer group, ensuring forums exist, run well, and produce decisions
- Prepare the Sr. Director/Director of Customer Group Marketing for key meetings and leadership forums
- Maintain and evolve governance models, ensuring roles and workflows are clear
- Act as the operational point of contact for cross-functional teams
- Support the quarterly planning process for the customer segment
- Maintain a portfolio-wide view of all workstreams and planning horizons
- Track the health of key planning deliverables, risks, and interdependencies
- Aggregate and synthesize performance signals, data, and insights into a coherent view
- Identify patterns, gaps, and risks, translating them into clear recommendations
- Maintain portfolio-level insight into the marketing budget, tracking allocation against strategic priorities
- Liaise with Finance and Agency Ops for compliance, accurate forecasting, and timely resolution of funding issues
What You Need to Succeed- 7+ years' experience in business operations, marketing operations, or program management
- Proven experience in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and influence skills, comfortable managing up, across, and down
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
