Job DescriptionTo strengthen our Americas Sales Team, we are seeking a technically strong and experienced Sr. Staff Strategic Account Manager. In this high-visibility role, you will act as the global lead for Honeywell, owning revenue growth and Design-in/Design-win success for this key partner on a global scale. Additionally, you will manage a select portfolio of assigned accounts within the Southeast territory to further drive regional market share.
Location: Home-based office located near the Raleigh or Charlotte, NC markets.
Role and Responsibilities- Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy to maximize revenue and position Renesas as a premier strategic partner for Honeywell worldwide.
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle for the Honeywell account, including opportunity discovery, technical design-in activity, and revenue conversion.
- Indirectly lead and align a global team of account managers and technical resources to ensure consistent execution across Honeywell's international locations.
- Promote and sell integrated "Winning Combination" solutions, leveraging Renesas' broad portfolio of MCUs, Analog, and Power products.
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts while managing regional POS and backlog data for all assigned accounts.
- Partner closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Business Unit leads to align Renesas' product roadmap with the customer's long-term technical needs.
- Build and maintain deep-level relationships across the customer's engineering, purchasing, and executive leadership teams.
- Drive business growth and support fulfillment for select strategic accounts within the Southeast territory.
- Navigate complex global supply chains and resolve commercial roadblocks with an entrepreneurial and agile approach.
Qualifications- 6+ years of technical and executive-level selling experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of growing major accounts and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Strong background in solution-based selling of complex silicon and system architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional teams and manage business in a matrixed environment.
- Elite negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Results-driven, analytical, and dedicated to high-quality work and forecast accuracy.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support the global needs of the client.
Required Education- Engineering degree preferred (Electrical Engineering or Computer Science).
