• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics, and maintain a NVH Scorecard, to continuously track project health.
• Design Integration: Create NVH packaging guidelines for interior acoustics, exterior acoustics, damping, baffles, and sealing strategies and ensure NVH requirements are successfully integrated into next-generation vehicles.

Qualifications
• NVH Leadership Specialization: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in NVH attribute development and vehicle integration in the automotive industry
• NVH Attribute Management: Strong understanding of subjective NVH evaluation and objective metrics, with an ability to clearly present and advocate for NVH decisions in large design forums.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Organization: Proven ability to work seamlessly across diverse engineering functions, coupled with highly organized and meticulous documentation skills to manage complex project deliverables.
• Technical Toolset Proficiency: Proficiency with NVH instrumentation and data analysis software such as LMS, HEAD Acoustics & CAE tools such as NASTRAN, Optistruct, VA One
