Job Overview This role manages paid search activities to support marketing objectives and enhance digital campaign performance. It involves setting up and activating paid search campaigns while collaborating with analytics to develop reporting and optimize results. The role provides keyword research and performance insights to inform search engine optimization content strategies and coordinates with web teams for implementation. Success is measured by the effectiveness of search campaigns, quality of reporting, and the impact of optimizations on campaign outcomes. The work influences organizational marketing efforts and improves customer engagement through targeted search initiatives. Job Responsibilities: • Manage the setup and activation of paid search campaigns to align with marketing plans and drive campaign performance • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop recurring paid search reports and identify optimization opportunities • Provide keyword research and performance insights to guide search engine optimization content strategies • Coordinate with web teams to implement search-related content and campaign rollouts effectively • Monitor campaign performance and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders for informed decision-making • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • At least 5+ years of paid search experience • Understanding of SEO an asset • Telecom experience an asset Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Problem Solving Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills (Required) • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Excellent understanding of account set up and optimization on search engine and platform (Required) • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Excellent knowledge of search planning fundamentals e.g., reach, frequency, channels, formats, etc. (Required) • Communication Excellent communication skills (Required) Licenses and Certifications: • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Base Pay Range: $77,000 - $138,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
