Job Description
What you'll do• Develops and facilitates cross functional teams in improvement activities that focus on front line leadership within the Tech Ops organization
• Works collaboratively with operational leadership and represented work groups to develop and implement sustainable solutions
• Manages multiple projects and provides regular updates on status and performance against plan
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to address them
• Provide insights supporting initiatives tied to strategic objectives
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and deliver actionable, data-driven insights to inform business decisions, including designing and executing hands on data collection initiatives in the operation and/or through direct process observation
• Conducts reliable analyses grounded in diverse data sources and using a strong understanding of Tech Ops business operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide analytical support
• Must be able to travel to other maintenance locations as required (up to 20% of time)
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience- Willingness to work different shifts as required
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience)
• 3 years of experience leading process improvement projects in maintenance/ production/ heavy industry setting
• Experience working and communicating effectively with multiple levels of management and represented work groups
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and visualization and SQL for querying and managing databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc)
• Previous Airline Technical Operations experience
