Our opportunity:

We are seeking an APA Solution Engineer, who can help drive unprecedented growth in applying Agentic Process Automation to solve real-world business challenges. As part of a very dynamic AI & Automation CoE team, you will play a critical role in driving delivery and adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions to drive business value for our organization and help our program be a true 'showcase' of what is possible in agentic transformation using our platform and solutions. You will work in a high-energy, fun, and engaging work environment with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Remote role based on Toronto, Canada

You will make an impact by being responsible for:
  • Demand Generation / Idea Assessment: Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate high-value automation ideas. Evaluate current business processes for automation and agentic opportunities
  • Solution Design: Develop automation and agentic process flows, specify AI agents/skills, and design user interfaces. Secure necessary design approvals and plan release schedules
  • Delivery of Automations: Build and deploy automations and agents using the Automation Success Platform (Automation 360), ensuring they meet functional and quality standards. Provide documentation and training
  • Pre-Sales/Sales Support: Engage with stakeholders to validate designs, demo completed automations, and create solution artifacts for pre-sales
  • AI Assessment and Tool Advisory: Assess AI requirements, evaluate market tools, and advise on new AI tools/models


You will be a great fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of overall work experience with expertise in automation, agentic technologies (A360, Enterprise Knowledge, Doc. Auto, etc.), hands-on experience in process mapping and automation design
  • Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives across departments
  • (ASSET) Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies


You excel in these key competencies:
  • Process Mapping & Automation Design: Skills in defining automated flows and identifying key solution patterns
  • AI and UX Design Expertise: Understanding of AI capabilities and designing user-friendly interfaces
  • Effort Estimation & Release Planning: Proficiency in estimating effort and planning incremental releases
  • Technical Execution: Skill in building automations using approved designs
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 CAD. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
