Full Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to architect, build, and operate high-impact mobile applications used across our enterprise. In this role, you'll lead mobile design decisions, build scalable Flutter apps, and integrate seamlessly with cloud-native backend systems. You'll combine deep hands-on engineering with architectural leadership-owning production systems end-to-end while helping elevate mobile engineering standards.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Round Rock or Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications using clean, scalable architectures
  • Serve as a technical lead for mobile solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and microservices built in Java and deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Own solutions end-to-end-from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and support
  • Apply modern state management, performance optimization, and mobile best practices
  • Partner closely with backend, product, and platform teams in a microservices-based environment
  • Lead CI/CD automation for mobile builds and releases
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical coaching

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience Needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of production mobile systems
