CGI, a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience in OmniStudio and Experience Cloud to design and build scalable, secure, and high performing Salesforce solutions. This is a highly technical, hands on role focused on delivering complex solutions within enterprise public sector environments.
This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S or Canada. The preferred location is Austin, Texas.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert on complex implementations, with primary responsibility for solution development and technical execution.
Technical Development and Solution Delivery

. Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on: OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards Experience Cloud, including LWR and Aura based sites, authentication models, personalization, CMS, and digital journeys
. Build high performing, user centric digital experiences for public facing and internal portals.
. Develop custom Lightning Web Components and integrations.
. Implement secure and scalable solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
. Optimize performance for large datasets and high volume public sector environments.

OmniStudio and Digital Experience Expertise

. Configure and customize OmniStudio components to support guided interactions and case and application workflows.
. Design reusable OmniStudio patterns aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
. Implement data transformation and orchestration using DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
. Design and build Experience Cloud solutions that incorporate role based access, secure data sharing models, and compliance requirements.
. Provide technical guidance on Experience Cloud and OmniStudio implementation approaches.

Quality, Security, and Compliance

. Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and public sector compliance requirements.
. Implement accessibility best practices, including Section 508 and WCAG requirements, for citizen facing applications.
. Participate in code reviews and help enforce development standards.
. Proactively identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
. Ensure solutions are maintainable, testable, and aligned with enterprise development standards.

Collaboration and Technical Leadership

. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and other project stakeholders.
. Translate user stories into technical designs and detailed development notes.
. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to development team members.
. Contribute to internal best practices, coding standards, and reusable assets.
. Support backlog refinement and provide input on technical estimates, dependencies, risks, and feasibility.
. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 5 or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
. Deep expertise in OmniStudio, including: OmniScripts Integration Procedures DataRaptors FlexCards
. Extensive experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions.
. Strong development experience with: Lightning Web Components Aura Framework Apex, including advanced triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processing
. Experience developing within Salesforce governor limits and large scale enterprise organizations.
. Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and sharing architecture.
. Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
. Experience troubleshooting complex performance and scalability issues.
. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and design artifacts.
. Experience using Git based version control and established code management practices.
. Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring other developers.
. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
. Experience delivering solutions for state or local government organizations, particularly in Texas.
. Experience with Copado.
. Familiarity with government compliance, data privacy, security, and audit requirements.
. Experience building large scale citizen portals or case management systems.
. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
. Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer certification.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $218,200.00.
