Full Job Description
Nalco, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for an experienced Site Manager in our Global High-Tech group to provide onsite reliable and efficient operations while keeping people safe and reducing environmental impact. Help our customers reduce water, energy, and other natural resource consumption, improve productivity, and reduce operational risk.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide oversight to Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis at our customer facilities
  • Plan and conduct audits that review operations & maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and contract requirements
  • Planning and scheduling of work, supervision of technicians, coordinating the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, and ensuring that all contract terms & conditions and guarantees are satisfactorily managed
  • Communicate effectively with Nalco sales team and District Management regarding SOW execution, project support, and service team performance
  • Assist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals and aide in the business development process in the retention and extension of contracts
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of a site-specific safety plan
  • Management of 5-10 direct reports (field service technicians)


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Five years of technical operations and water treatment experience
  • Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role
  • Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Five years of managerial or supervisory experience including multi-site operations
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological (anaerobic and aerobic) systems


Territory/Location Information:
  • This position will support 1 primary account in Phoenix, Arizona
  • Targeted accounts are within the Microelectronics space
  • Occasional weekend and on-call work to cover emergencies during off hours


Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $93,800-$140,600 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
