*This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ in Carlsbad, CA. In-office expectation is 4 days a week*

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Sr Site Content Specialist supports the overall eCommerce content objectives for various digital platforms. Leads site content calendars and helps execute content strategy. Designs site content to support real-time consumer demand, achieve brand campaign goals, and deliver on business and product sell-through strategies.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Reviews site content calendars, ensuring all details are complete, up-to-date, and communicated to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develops content plans to support consumer shopping, product, brand, digital marketing, and ad hoc corporate needs. Balances priorities and problem solves the best consumer experience possible while supporting the business.
  • Writes creative briefs and signs off on all content request tickets. Fields questions and provides creative review feedback.
  • Reviews copy for accuracy. Analyzes and shares insight on content performance. Assists in development of content goals and test ideas.
  • Analyzes key product categories, growth areas, site features, and integrated campaigns to generate ideas to improve engagement, revenue, and repeat visitors.
  • Reviews second-level and quality assurance testing. Assists with signoff for all site content. Collaborates with teams to enrich content strategy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


YOU HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital content management, site operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise content management systems such as Amplience, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Hotjar, Quantum Metrics, or similar behavioral analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Shopify, or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, project management, and/or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and brand management principles.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in a B2C, omni-channel retail environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and online shopping best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools.
