The Opportunity (SEO Manager, Business Pro)Adobe is looking for a strategic and data-driven SEO Manager to scale organic search efforts for Adobe Express and Adobe Acrobat! This role blends SEO strategy, content optimization, customer intent mapping, and deep analytics to improve search visibility and drive meaningful engagement.
Within our team, you'll play a key role in crafting SEO-led strategies that align with Adobe's product, marketing, and business goals. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams and ensure the strategies align to the team and business big bets.
What you'll do- Conduct deep keyword and competitive research centered on search intent analysis and end-to-end experiences, using platforms such as Semrush and Google Search Console to inform decisions.
- Optimize existing content and lead the creation of new content dedicated to improving search engine visibility, ensuring alignment with customer needs and search guidelines.
- Collaborate with product teams, content strategists, UX designers, and marketing teams to shape SEO-friendly web experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop data-led hypotheses to refine content structure, search intent alignment, and optimize for long-term visibility.
- Analyze SEO performance, identifying key trends, reporting on impact, and spotting opportunities to scale initiatives.
- Stay ahead of LLM-powered search evolution and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring content adapts to emerging intelligent search landscapes.
- Identify emerging trends and timely opportunities using search insights to guide messaging approaches and unify marketing efforts.
What you need to succeed- 7+ years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on content and PLG SEO strategies.
- Expertise in SEO tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, and content optimization platforms.
- Strong analytical approach, with experience diving deep into SEO analytics to build UX and content strategies and measure impact.
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO, including keyword optimization, structured content, and user-centric search experiences.
- Experience developing SEO-friendly content in collaboration with content marketing and UX teams designed to operate as an element of a funnel.
- Ability to analyze keyword trends, forecast performance, and report on core SEO metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills-comfortable presenting SEO insights and recommendations across teams.
- Familiarity with Adobe products and creation and document-based workflows is a plus.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,600 -- $183,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $126,600 - $183,300
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
