Job Overview:LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams delivering complex software solutions. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives. The Senior Scrum Master serves as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator while partnering closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Agile teams.
- Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Promote team self-organization, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support teams in establishing and monitoring Agile metrics, including velocity, lead time, and cycle time.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well-groomed product backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a servant leader by protecting teams from disruptions and supporting effective delivery practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and Agile practitioners.
- Contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of Agile frameworks, standards, and delivery practices.
- Support Agile scaling efforts across multiple teams, programs, or initiatives when needed.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferences:- Proven ability to identify and resolve complex impediments and navigate challenging team dynamics.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience within the financial services industry.
Pay Range: $96,200.00 - $160,300.00
