Support timely follow-up, escalation, and stakeholder alignment related to sprint activities, roadmap discussions, business needs, priorities, and product delivery work.
  • System Change Request and Release Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of System Change Requests, including tracking status, preparing updates, and representing SCRs in Change Control Board meetings for review and approval. Partner with development and release teams to support successful deployment of approved system changes.
  • Production Incident Support: Support production incident management by ensuring support tickets are opened, appropriate production operations and business stakeholders are notified, and communication channels are established to support timely issue resolution. Track follow-up actions and provide status updates as needed.
