Degree/Certifications Required:
• Post -secondary education
• Certified Scrum Master and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience

Years of experience: • Prefers 7 Agile related years of experience

Project Scope: BAU supporting the existing Product Group who is delivering Financial Risk Data Curation Products.

Team Size: leading 2 pods each team has 5-10 ppl, could be more down the road.

Selling Points of Position: Working within a leading FI organization

Background: No specific field required, however, preferable if coming from FI or large/complex organizations.

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a very strong Scrum Master with proven experience and background in the industry. The candidate must have exceptional leadership skills to influence and lead the delivery of risk related products using our Agile framework. Looking for a go-getter, quick learner individual who can quickly onboard and support our business effectively.

MUST HAVE:

1.)Scrum ( IT focus )

2.)Agile@Scale knowledge, will lead PI Plannings

3.)JIRA / CONFLUENCE (needs to be strong, this is the main tools used - 95% of the time)

4.)Kanban - Proficient in switching from Scrum to Kanban as needed.

5.)Leading a team / Pod (strong leadership skills, preferable if they were a people manager before)

6.)Strong communication

7.)Keen Problem-Solving abilities

8.)Ability to form new teams and start sprinting with them.
