What Impact Will I Make?

As our Senior Sales Operations Business Analyst II, you'll help shape the future of our commercial operations by driving initiatives that enable growth, scalability, and smarter decision-making across global markets.

In this highly visible role, you'll lead transformative projects including SAP implementation, CRM optimization, commercial systems integration, pricing strategy development, and enterprise reporting. Your work will create the operational foundation that empowers our sales teams, enhances customer experiences, and delivers meaningful business results worldwide.

What Will I Do?
  • Lead Business Transformation Initiatives
    • Drive commercial operations projects that support business growth and operational excellence, including SAP implementation initiatives related to customer, pricing, and contract master data.
    • Serve as the Integration Manager for key commercial systems, ensuring successful transitions between Oracle, Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP environments.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements, processes, and technology solutions.
  • Enhance Commercial Strategy & Pricing
    • Design and optimize scalable pricing strategies, models, and tools that support revenue growth and business objectives.
    • Partner with commercial leaders to implement effective pricing governance and decision-making frameworks.
  • Optimize Customer Relationship Management
    • Lead Salesforce enhancement initiatives to improve user experience, adoption, data quality, and alignment with evolving commercial needs.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales effectiveness through technology and process improvements.
  • Drive Data Integrity & Business Insights
    • Champion data accuracy, consistency, and governance across commercial systems as business operations expand globally.

How Will I Get There?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, or a related function.
  • Experience leading or supporting complex business transformation and system implementation initiatives, including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing pricing strategies, pricing models, or commercial tools that support business growth.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, commercial processes, and sales operations best practices.
