Sr. Account Manager

Location: Fremont, CA (Remote considered)

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives in complexity, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn relationships into lasting business impact. This is a high-impact role where you will lead major customer engagements, shape deal strategy, and help drive revenue growth across key accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow strategic customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle from early engagement through deal execution and expansion
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, developing winning strategies in competitive environments
  • Partner cross-functionally (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to deliver high-quality proposals and commercial solutions
  • Structure, negotiate, and close large, sophisticated deals that align customer needs with Nextpower’s capabilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify new opportunities and expand long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data hygiene
  • Conduct customer business reviews and act as a trusted advisor on market trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage a team of Sales Analysts/Associates to support our customers

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is 140,000.00 to 160,000.00 plus a commission structure based on commission calculation, such as percentage of sales or specific metrics.(Applicable to California)
