  • Proactively identify staffing risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate resource assignments and schedules within professional services automation tools
  • Deliver timely reporting and analysis on resource supply and demand, utilization forecasting, and subcontractor usage -- both on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Monitor trends and analyze key resourcing metrics, including under/over-utilization, future staffing needs, and potential recruiting requirements
  • Track resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, align to resource plans, manage time-sensitive requests
  • Facilitate weekly staffing meetings with delivery management
  • Participate in deal assessments and internal deal reviews

Partner Management
  • Lead the end-to-end process for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding contingent workers when external resources are required
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with strategic external partners across all solution areas
  • Develop, review, and/or approve partner Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Complete purchase order requests and secure approvals within service-level commitments, aligned to delivery start dates
  • Request and manage onboarding for partner resources
  • Manage cost and revenue forecasting related to partner spend, including weekly burn rate and identifying corrective actions where required
  • Maintain an understanding of partner markets, business propositions, capabilities, and industry positioning
  • Follow corporate partner usage guidelines and find opportunities to use partners strategically to expand staffing options

Operational Excellence
  • Maintain document processes, maintain records, manage accurate consultant skills profiles
  • Collaborate with delivery managers regarding demand needs and training opportunities
  • Support month-end close activities from both business and operational perspectives
  • Apply knowledge of revenue recognition policies and customer invoicing processes
  • Support the attainment of regional revenue and margin goals
  • Align with and contribute to standard processes used by the RMO
