Responsibilities for the Sr. Research Associate, Process Development include:• Design and Execute
process development studies supporting the optimization and standardization of pluripotent stem cell-derived cell therapy manufacturing processes
• Utilize expertise in qPCR and Flow Cytometry to assess laboratory assays for scale up and tech transfer
• Perform hands-on
human pluripotent stem cell/iPSC culture and differentiation activities
• Support the development of
robust, reproducible, scalable, and GMP-ready processes for future clinical manufacturing.
• Execute experiments designed to evaluate and optimize process parameters, culture conditions, raw materials, reagents, and differentiation methods.
• Support activities associated with
process scale-up, process characterization, and eventual technology transfer to a CDMO.Qualifications for the Sr. Research Associate, Process Development:- A minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical research and process development
- Hands-on experience withs Stem cell/iPSC culture and differentiation
- 1-3+ years of experience supporting cell therapy process development, scale-up, process characterization, or technology transfer.
- 1-3+ years of experience working in or supporting processes transitioning from research/preclinical development toward GMP manufacturing.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in in Scientific field
Compensation for the Sr. Research Associate, Process Development include:- Salary Range is $85,000 - $105,000 dependent upon experience
