What You'll Do

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Renewals Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the Renewal success of our Subscription-based products and services. The primary responsibilities will be to protect NetDocuments recurring revenue stream, help grow our customers annual revenue and a deliver world-class customer service experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction. The right candidate will be comfortable working autonomously while at the same being an engaged teammate to other members on the Renewal Team and teammates from other departments.

What You'll Need to be Successful
  • Associate degree accepted (relevant major); Bachelor degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Finance), or at least 8 years of directly related experience
  • 8 years in software technology, or B2B enterprise / strategic account management, or B2B enterprise / strategic customer success, or B2B / B2C Sales
  • Demonstrates full command and control over a large annual B2B Renewal portfolio where the focus is on maximizing Subscription/SaaS recurring revenues by ensuring accurate and timely renewals
  • Very comfortable with high-level pressure of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal quotas
  • Has high level of understanding of how to always apply correct and accurate forecasting protocols, with explanation, of the assigned renewal portfolio to management and executives
  • Demonstrates mastery of working within a CRM tool and other complimentary systems to build quotes, capture important customer details, reprice, upsell/cross-sell, manage your renewals, and generate leads
  • Understands the importance of establishing long-term relationships with your renewal book of business customers will be a key performance indicator of your success
  • Highly skilled at educating customers on NetDocuments products, pricing, contract terms, and any other renewal related topics that model and ensure your trustworthiness to our customers
  • Has full understanding of when and how to closely partner with, and be a leader to, numerous other departments and teammates to achieve mutually desired outcomes while dealing with competing priorities

  • High level of attention to detail, especially as it relates to working with numbers and reviewing and interpreting B2B customer SaaS software contracts
  • Advanced multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in a complex, challenging, and evolving environment. Strong willingness to adapt and be agile as needed in a growing department and company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will communicate and present in various forms to customers, teammates, managers, and executives on a daily basis. Comfortable working autonomously in your daily activity, yet be a fully available, engaged and supportive member of the Renewal Team and Customer Success organization
  • Ability and eager to coordinate and provide direction with various internal departments while leading internal and external calls during the annual renewal cycle
  • Demonstrates mastery of internal policies and processes, and understands when and how to appropriately escalate
  • Makes very little to no mistakes in the systems of record and appropriately utilizes all ancillary tools to enhance job performance

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000 plus 20% variable bonus

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
