Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across multiple enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal. He or she will partner closely with Business Leaders including C-level executives to support the planning and execution of non-clinical talent acquisition delivery including executing staffing strategies; source and recruit professional level and executive candidates; manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process; and adhere to all relevant tracking and compliance requirements. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for leading and executing special projects to support our long-term talent strategy.

The base pay estimate for this role is $66,900-$113,700 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.

Job Highlights

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides full life cycle recruitment responsibilities to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and negotiating offers.
  • Serves as a lead recruiter for the recruiting team and HR department as the subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, applying sourcing best practices, and utilizing sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
  • Supports the recruiting leader in day-to-day activities, is a go to subject matter expert for other recruiters on the team and takes on more senior level recruitment work.
  • Works directly with managers to understand business goals, external market trends, competitive intelligence, and determine next steps and integrate recruiting best practices and / or process improvements to further company goals.
  • Collaborates with senior level hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options.
  • Engages with hiring managers, developing attractive job postings aligned with the USAP role and creative sourcing strategies, and provides ongoing status of overall activities and candidates.
  • Demonstrates the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with hiring leaders and candidates.
  • Assists the recruiting leader with strategic projects as assigned.


Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred.
  • Experience and subject matter knowledge of the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs, preferred.
  • Experience managing projects relating to Talent Acquisition process improvement, preferred.
