Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job intake to offer acceptance

  • Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the process
  • Extend job offers and assist in negotiation discussions
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and industry connections
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and candidate relationships
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand
  • Represent the company at fashion industry events and networking occasions
  • Keep ATS records updated and track recruiting metrics
  • Handle special projects as assigned.

Overview:

The Sr. Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate the interview process and manage candidate experience

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the fashion or retail industry

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
