Job DescriptionYou will be the Sr Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across AGMS programs.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Sr Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to guarantee quality delivery.
- Support Integrated Product Teams and production sites with analysis of quality data, yields, rework, scrap, and non-conformance trends.
- Lead corrective-action meetings, identify root-cause trends, and ensure responsible parties meet commitments.
- Participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards, dispositioning non-conforming hardware and defining containment actions.
- Perform assessments and audits to verify compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, ISO-9001/AS9100, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Basic QualificationsTechnical degree at the Bachelor level or above or equivalent combined education/experience
Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
