Sr. Project SurveyorWhat You'll Do:- Coordinate and supervise survey projects from initiation through completion, working closely with clients to define scope, estimates, schedules, approvals, and delivery milestones
- Direct the execution of boundary, topographic, photogrammetric, construction, and GPS control surveys
- Perform QA/QC reviews, including post-processing quality checks to uphold accuracy and compliance
- Organize, schedule, and oversee multiple field crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-documented field operations
- Partner with survey managers, engineers, and planners across the company on proposals, pursuits, and active projects
- Support the development of qualification materials and direct the preparation of survey deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations
What You Bring:- High school diploma required; A.A.S. or B.S. in surveying or related field preferred (required if not professionally licensed)
- Minimum of 15 years of related survey experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D required; MicroStation experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills with the ability to represent the firm professionally with clients and the broader public
- Ability to travel as needed preferred
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required unless holding a B.S. from an accredited survey program
- Valid U.S. driver's license required
Salary Range:$50.48 - $57.69
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
