About the Role:We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Noatum Logistics.
This role is responsible for leading complex logistics and transportation projects, including new business implementations, project cargo movements, operational expansions, and strategic customer initiatives. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in project logistics, supply chain operations, and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to successfully manage multiple workstreams while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex logistics, transportation, and supply chain projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and implementation plans while ensuring alignment with customer and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project implementation, including status updates, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability objectives.
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Business Development, Provider Management, and other key stakeholder groups to achieve project milestones.
- Identify project risks, operational challenges, and implementation obstacles, developing solutions and escalation plans as necessary.
- Develop and implement operational processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and project outcomes.
- Support new business development activities and customer implementation projects by providing project management expertise and operational guidance.
- Prepare project reporting, performance metrics, business reviews, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams while promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects, including Heavy Lift, Chartering, Industrial Project Management, Project Cargo, or Resupply Contracts.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including experience applying PMP and PMBOK principles.
- Working knowledge of global supply chain processes, multimodal transportation, and project logistics solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to influence teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment without direct supervisory authority.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and travel as required.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, handle, use hands to grasp, or feel and operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone keypad.
Preferred Qualifications:- Chartering and Heavy Lift Transportation experience.
- Experience within the 3PL, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- PMP certification or other project management credentials
