Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial solar project management experience
• 4+ years of construction management experience
• 2+ years of electrical experience
• Experience supporting or mentoring fellow Project Managers preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems
• Electrical License strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record required

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from post-contract through utility PTO
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budgets for multiple projects
• Maintain accurate project tracking in ERP and internal systems
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet timelines
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders during the project lifecycle
• Review schedules and contracts for alignment with requirements
• Support and oversee other Project Managers across active projects
• Identify and resolve risks, delays, and gaps in projects
• Assist in workload balancing across projects and PMs
• Serve as an escalation point for project challenges
• Travel to local job sites as needed (up to 20%)
