You'll Support Meaningful Work By: - Lead new product development projects from concept through market launch, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets and other project management tools that provide visibility and accountability.
- Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to move products successfully to launch.
- Guide teams through key project reviews, lead/facilitate decision making reviews and influence business priorities
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and financial impacts to proactively identify issues and support informed decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future project outcomes
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a product development-related field or military equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management.
- Minimum 4 years experience in product development or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills and Experience - Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, including collaboration with engineering, design, supply chain, manufacturing, or related functions.
- Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management and planning tools.
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving decisions without direct authority.
- Ability to evaluate project risks, tradeoffs, and financial impacts to support informed business decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience leading product development or other complex cross-functional initiatives.
