Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field required.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional.
• Must have experience with at least two technologies from a specific list (Java, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Proficient in data analysis and operational strategy.
• Strong understanding of long-term technology planning and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' computer and information needs from both operational and strategic viewpoints.
• Determine the long-term technology needs and necessary upgrades for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to prioritize and address their IT requirements.
• Conduct assessments to identify potential improvements in system processes.
• Develop and maintain strategic technology plans.
