Redwire Space, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to support enterprise aerospace, defense, and space programs through development, integration, assessment, and continuous improvement of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

As Redwire continues to grow, successful execution of complex programs and strategic initiatives requires strong planning, scheduling, and program controls capabilities across the enterprise. About the Role:

The Sr. Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst serves as a corporate planning and scheduling resource supporting multiple business units, programs, proposal efforts, and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner closely with Program Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Controls, and Executive Leadership to establish executable schedules, improve schedule performance, identify risks, and strengthen program execution.

This position plays a critical role in advancing Redwire's program management maturity, schedule governance, and planning standards across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and assess Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting aerospace, defense, space, and enterprise programs.
  • Build executable schedules aligned with program objectives, customer requirements, technical plans, and organizational priorities.
  • Perform schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk evaluations.
  • Analyze schedule performance trends, identify execution risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support schedule integration across engineering, manufacturing, software development, supply chain, integration and test, launch operations, mission operations, and corporate functions.
  • Support proposal development through creation of compliant and executable schedules aligned to customer requirements.
  • Facilitate schedule reviews with program teams, IPT leads, CAMs, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), customer reviews, executive reviews, and milestone assessments.
  • Maintain schedule baseline integrity and support change management processes.
  • Develop executive-level schedule reporting, metrics, and performance dashboards.
  • Support enterprise scheduling standards, governance processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Mentor program personnel on schedule development, maintenance, and schedule management principles.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVMS), program controls, and planning activities where applicable.
  • May be assigned across multiple business units, programs, proposals, and enterprise initiatives based on organizational priorities and workload demands.


Ideal Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for aerospace, defense, government, manufacturing, or other complex technical programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in schedule development, schedule integration, baseline management, and schedule analysis.
  • Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic development, dependencies, and schedule forecasting techniques.
  • Experience working within cross-functional program environments.
  • Experience communicating schedule risks, opportunities, and impacts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.


Desired Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience supporting National Security Space, DoD, NASA, or other government programs.
  • Familiarity with DCMA schedule assessment methodologies and schedule health metrics.
  • Experience supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
  • Experience supporting Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Knowledge of aerospace product development and program lifecycles.
  • Experience supporting proposal development and capture activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan, or equivalent scheduling tools.
  • PMP, PMI-SP, EVP, or similar professional certification.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance.

Salary Range: $125K - $170,000K
