This is an onsite role located at our Lafayette, CO campus.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years of Managerial/ Team Lead experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of experience and 5 years of Managerial/Team Lead experience
- MS Project, MS Office and Excel skills.
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as Medical, Pharmaceutical, Defense or Aerospace.
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing technologies and processes.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONAL CAREER STREAM: Management and supervisory professionals with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic activities within a specified area. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$178,400.00 - $267,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
