Job DescriptionIn this role, you will focus on optimizing rack ingestion and provisioning processes-overseeing the development and execution of provisioning that ensure our infrastructure can efficiently meet current and future demands for our customer. You will spearhead process improvement initiatives in rack redeployment, driving alignment across OCI Infrastructure Ordering and Supply Chain teams.
As a strategic leader within the Rack Ingestion Program, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Delivery teams. Your deep business acumen, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving skills will be vital in developing innovative solutions that enhance infrastructure operations, maximize hardware utilization, and support OCI's business outlook.
Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance and scale rack ingestion processes and capabilities.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to complex and unique operational and technical challenges.
- Champion automation and operational excellence, establishing scalable processes and methodologies that improve efficiency and reliability.
- Define, establish, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business impact across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Partner with engineering, operations, and program stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and scalable improvements.
- Use data and operational insights to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and influence program strategy.
