Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager who can leverage their expertise to lead complex digital and technology initiatives with a Lean-Agile mindset. This individual contributor role is responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs that support strategic business objectives across the Global Digital organization.

The Senior Program Manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business, and Operations stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance customer and user experiences. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and drive alignment across globally distributed teams.

The successful candidate will oversee medium-to-large technology programs involving multiple stakeholders, interconnected workstreams, and complex dependencies. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver business outcomes, maintain execution excellence, and continuously improve delivery processes within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Your Role:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional technology and digital programs from initiation through delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Architecture, and business stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, program increment planning, and program governance activities as appropriate.
• Manage program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Track and communicate program status, progress, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery practices, and team effectiveness.
• Support release planning and execution activities across interconnected project teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication plans.
• Escalate critical issues and risks while proposing actionable mitigation strategies.
• Promote Agile and Lean best practices across delivery teams.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in program management, project management, or related technology delivery roles.
• Experience leading medium-to-large technology programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and program governance activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software, digital, eCommerce, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and program communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile certification required; SAFe certification preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience supporting eCommerce, distribution, supply chain, or digital platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of release management, dependency management, and Agile metrics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based and web application environments.
• Knowledge of backlog management, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and reporting.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Experience working in matrixed and globally distributed environments preferred.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
