Job Overview
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for T-Life Adoption you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Business collaborators to drive engagement growth with the T-Life app. You have a deep understanding of the consumer product perspective, customer communications, product positioning, and the digital & app ecosystem. This position defines product marketing strategy, product positioning, GTM, channel messaging, content strategy, and marketing requirements for customer app onboarding all to drive T-Life downloads, engagement, and retention.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who has a knack for partnering with cross-functional teams. The role requires a person who understands Product and App lifecycle with preferred background in channel and/or app marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Capture and analyze customer feedback and frontline input on the T-Life app experience to inform product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and maintain channel enablement materials- including copy guide and toolkit, videos, and blog posts - for Retail, Care, Digital, and other customer-facing channels, along with customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use.
  • Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of new T-Life app features and improvements, driving go-to-market strategy for in-app releases.
  • Partner with Retail, Care, Digital, and other customer-facing channels - demonstrating these toolkits and enablement materials - to drive adoption and engagement of the T-Life app.
  • Partner closely with Customer Marketing teams to scale personalized communications (SMS, push, email, in-app merch) aligned with key engagement benchmarks to drive T-Life weekly active users.
  • Serve as market-facing SME/leader with vision for the T-Life product representing the voice of T-Life to internal and external partners including the PR/Communications teams.
  • Support product retention and up-sell/cross-sell strategies to align with Acquisition initiatives.
  • Supervise and report on the performance of the T-Life app in the market and communicate the results of related marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required).
  • Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required).
  • 7+ years' of validated ability delivering successful, well-rounded product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue (Required).

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $143,520 - $258,840

National Base Pay Range: $119,600 - $215,700

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
