PayPal, Inc. seeks Sr Product Manager in Austin, TX
Job Duties: Strategically and creatively gather product and customer insights to help shape the Product Vision and Strategy. Understand PayPal's strategic and competitive position to deliver top-tier products. Analyze current customer experiences to identify friction points and create seamless, effortless experiences. Develop product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, program managers, engineers, UX, and analytics. Define detailed product requirements, product scope, measure features, and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn in an agile methodology. Drive product development by building comprehensive solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers. Build trust and effective relationships with peers and cross-functional teams. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
1. Digital financial payments technology experience (2 years)
2. Experience working with API integrations and API driven platforms (2 years)
3. Product management experience in FinTech (1 year)
4. SQL query experience writing basic selection queries against data warehouse (1 year)
5. Product metrics experience through setups and analysis of dashboards (1 year)
6. Experience launching new products to domestic and international financial markets (2 years)
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
Primary Location | Pay Range:
Austin, TX | Salary: $130,500-221,500 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
