The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, dealers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive end-to-end execution across a complex, high-impact product domain.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Sit with Users, Dealers and Consumers to research, document, understand and incorporate pain points.
  • Leverage data and market insights to evaluate performance, prioritize opportunities, and inform product decisions that maximize business impact.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap and action plan, incorporating agile feedback loops and flexibility for continuous optimization.
  • Align stakeholders, engineering, and leadership around the product vision, execution strategy, and long-term objectives for the incentives platform.
  • Define product strategies that balance global platform consistency with regional market, dealer, and incentive program requirements.
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance to ensure roadmap investments deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Drive the transformation of current-state business processes from batch-based operations with limited predictability to a modern, guided experience that proactively recommends incentives and projected outcomes..
  • Reimagine the business processes that support incentives with predictive intelligence, automation and technology to optimize KPIs and value drivers.
  • Partner with engineering to define and execute a scalable migration and cutover strategy for the modernized platform.
  • Establish new operational procedures, controls, and monitoring capabilities to support incentives management at scale.
  • Collaborate with internal data teams to enable new data streams that support analytics, operational intelligence, and continuous business improvement.
  • Synthesize competitive insights, technical roadmaps, and financial considerations into compelling executive-level materials that support strategic alignment, investment decisions, and program growth.

    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence dealer partners and senior leadership.
    • Proven ability to make trade-off decisions across customer needs, business value, technical constraints, and operational complexity.
    • A strong customer mindset and passion for building products that solve meaningful user and business needs.
    • Proven ability to operate effectively within complex organizations.

Even better, you may have...
  • MBA or Master's Degree
  • Domain expertise in dealer operations, incentives, or variable marketing strategy.

  • Define and communicate opportunities to apply AI in support of data-driven optimization, incentive strategy, and decision-making.
  • Experience building AI based tools as a fundamental component (not just using AI).
  • Experience in corporate strategy, product strategy, consulting, or related strategic discipline.
  • Experience leading change management and adoption planning to support successful rollout of new platform capabilities across stakeholders and markets.
  • A strong understanding of the software systems that support the platform, or the ability to learn them quickly to inform future trade-off and investment decisions.
