Confiz is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join one of our largest retail clients in Seattle, WA, supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives for Finance and other key strategic business stakeholders. This role will own the Finance domain's Business-Ready Data (BRD) roadmap, partnering closely with Finance leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define priorities and deliver trusted, certified data products that enable Finance teams to make informed, confident decisions.

Responsibilities - Own the finance domain business ready dataset (BRD) roadmap within Nordstrom's enterprise data and analytics space, prioritizing certified datasets that unlock self-service analytics for finance stakeholders (Prioritization & Planning)
- Migrating legacy finance reporting to a modern, governed self-service BI platform, articulating value to finance leadership and securing executive alignment (Strategy & Vision)
- Develop roadmap and group into releasable, domain specific features, sequencing dataset certification, and partner with stakeholders on dashboard migration work (Definition & Decomposition)
- Lead discovery with Finance business partners and analysts to identify certified metric definitions, then synthesize findings into BRD requirements (Continuous Discovery & Insights)
- Partner closely with data engineering, governance, and analytics enablement teams to keep delivery unblocked across dependencies (Collaboration & Influence)
- Drive progress against program level KPIs for the Finance domain (dataset certification rate, self-service adoption, retired legacy reports), proactively managing risk and communicating impact to stakeholders (Drives Impact)
- Represent the Finance domain in enterprise program governance and workstream rhythms, ensuring cross domain alignment on standards and timelines (Collaboration & Influence)
- Own business requirement gathering and acceptance criteria, partnering with key business and engineering partners and drive cross functional understanding and alignment (Definition & Decomposition)
Qualifications - 6+ years in the product management discipline, including experience with financial or enterprise planning data products
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience managing a data or analytics product through a platform migration
- Practical experience with Oracle, Google Cloud Platform and Looker or comparable enterprise systems
- Proficient in data analysis and defining performance/adoption metrics for a data product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to Finance executive stakeholders
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / BigQuery experience preferred
- Looker / LookML experience preferred
