Full Job Description
The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you own the business outcomes of the products Circuit is selling and deploying into critical manufacturing and industrial businesses.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, reporting directly to the co-founder and CPRO. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer support to identify user problems, design effective solutions, and ship them.

You will sit at the intersection of applied AI, enterprise software, and the messy reality of how manufacturers actually work. You'll spend time with technicians on the floor and engineers in the codebase. You'll define what trust looks like in a product that runs in mission-critical environments, and turn complex manual processes into clean, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy
  • Own core product areas end to end: set the strategy, define the roadmap, and ship, with accountability for the outcomes including adoption, customer impact, and revenue
  • Define the agentic experience, deciding what a great agentic workflow looks like in real-world settings and how Circuit Agents handle RFP reviews, product configuration, quoting, and other critical processes
  • Make the hard prioritization calls in an emerging category with open questions, balancing customer pull, technical reality, and commercial impact
  • Act as the key translator between GTM, Engineering, and Product Design, converting customer and commercial signal into clear product direction and shared priorities

Customer & Field Insight
  • Work directly with technicians, dealers, and operators to understand their reality, then translate it into product
  • Partner with sales engineering to map customer workflows and turn them into reusable building blocks
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, synthesizing patterns across accounts and communicating priorities to Engineering and Leadership

Quality & Measurement
  • Define the metrics, build the feedback loops, and run the evals that tell us whether Circuit is getting better every week
  • Set the bar for accuracy and reliability, and the guardrails that earn user trust in the mission-critical settings Circuit runs in

Experience

  • 7+ years in B2B product management, including time owning a technically complex or AI-powered product that you shipped and iterated on at scale. You know the distance between a compelling demo and a product that holds up in production
  • Proven track record of customer obsession, making product decisions from real customer contact rather than assumptions, even when building deeply technical systems
  • Experience building for industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, field service, or dealer and distributor network contexts
  • Demonstrated ability to go deep on hard technical problems, holding your own with engineers and unintimidated by retrieval systems, model behavior, or domain complexity
  • Working knowledge of modern AI concepts and systems such as LLMs, prompting, retrieval, and agents, with the judgment to translate them into reliable, user-facing products
  • Experience at a high-growth startup, especially early enough that you defined process rather than inherited it
  • Hands-on background in applied AI or ML products, having prototyped or shipped agents, retrieval systems, or workflow automation
  • Comfort being forward-deployed, spending real time on-site with customers to understand their workflows firsthand

Human Skills

  • Deeply empathetic with customers, but proactive and commercially minded. You surface expansion opportunities rather than waiting to be asked
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to build trust at multiple levels of an organization
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on commitments
  • Curious and adaptable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative across Sales, Product, and Leadership with low ego and high ownership

Not For You If:

  • You prefer managing a backlog over owning an outcome.
  • You want a mature product with established patterns rather than an emerging category with open questions.
  • You'd rather operate from a strategy deck than from time with real customers and real code.
  • You are uncomfortable with the unglamorous, foundational work of making AI systems accurate, reliable, and trustworthy at enterprise scale.

Who Should Apply

If you want to own product at a company solving a real problem, helping the world's leading manufacturers unlock AI across their sales and service operations, and you're ready to take core product areas from first customer problem to production and scale, we want to talk.
